Eligibility

30 Day Access

Your 30 day period begins on the date of purchase and runs for 30 consecutive days. The Kickstarter includes access to regularly scheduled ULTIFIT classes, subject to class availability and capacity. Classes must be reserved through Mindbody.

Class Reservations

Members are responsible for reserving and cancelling their own classes through Mindbody. Class availability is not guaranteed, and ULTIFIT reserves the right to modify the class schedule, instructors, or offerings.

Membership Conversion Credit

If you choose to continue with an ULTIFIT membership during your 30 day Kickstarter period, your $59 Kickstarter purchase will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of an ULTIFIT Basic, Premium, or Unlimited membership. The membership must be purchased before the 30 day Kickstarter period expires to receive the credit.

Expiration and Refunds

The 30 Day Kickstarter expires 30 days after the date of purchase. Unused days, classes, or access cannot be extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The $59 purchase is nonrefundable except where required by law.

General Terms

ULTIFIT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the 30 Day Kickstarter at any time. Participation is subject to ULTIFIT's standard membership policies, class policies, and liability waiver.
