Three Fun & Effective Workout Formats To Choose From

ULTIFIT is a new breakthrough workout that has been proven to work.

Combining the most effective principals of high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) and obstacle course training (optional), each ULTIFIT workout is designed to be fun and highly effective.

Whether you are an advanced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, our classes meet YOU where you are to help you surpass YOUR goals.

Check out the three types of workouts we offer below.

Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training is a Coach-led, HIIT style, group workout class. Every day the workout is re-created to keep you challenged and working to push you towards making progress. This class is for ANY fitness level and does not include obstacles.

Every workout is led by a Coach, who will begin with a 10-15 minute dynamic warm up to prepare your body for the workout. After the warmup, your Coach will explain the timing structure and demo the movements from their Workout Of the Day (WOD). Our workouts are designed to challenge every muscle in your body and because we re-create them each day, you will never do the same workout twice.

These workouts can be modified for ANY fitness level and we encourage everyone to move at their own pace. If you’re looking for a little structure and a Coach to help push you outside your comfort zone, give our Group Personal Training class a try.

Obstacle Course Fusion


Imagine a workout.. where you combine HIIT strength movements, with obstacle training! Now, imagine those workouts in a 10,000+ sq ft state-of-the-art, Ninja Warrior-inspired training facility.

We offer Coach-led, group exercise classes, that focus on both functional strength and obstacle training. Every day the workout is re-created to keep you challenged and working to push you towards making progress. You will not only sweat through a great workout, but you will also get to swing from rings and ropes, traverse monkey bars, climb rock walls and/or one of our 4 warped walls. This workout will challenge even the fittest of athletes and it will help anyone who wants to improve their obstacle abilities in any OCR race or obstacle course you might tackle someday.

If you are *new* to obstacle training, we would recommend you try our Group Personal Training class (first) and then, try an OC Fusion class. Both, would be free of charge.

EVENING GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING


This Group Personal Training class takes place during the same hours of Ultimate Ninjas' Kid's Ninja Classes.

If you have a child enrolled in Ninja Classes, this is your chance to kill two birds with one stone. Come get a killer full body HIIT workout, while your kids partake in ninja classes at the same time!

Class Description:

Open Gym


Open Gym is a great time to work on a specific skill you’ve been wanting to master or to create your own workout.

ULTIFIT offers a handful of Open Gym times each week.

You also have the option to stay after any morning class to extend your workout.

PROGRESS TESTING


We care about your goals and we care about your progress, which is why we TRACK YOUR PROGRESS.

Every 6 weeks on both Monday and Tuesday, we substitute our normal classes with “Progress Testing.” This class includes our standardized baseline assessment test, which measures your current state of strength and fitness.

Our baseline test (Progress Test) includes a variety of strength exercises that will challenge your PUSH, PULL, LEGS, CORE, as well as Endurance and Mobility.

Progress Testing regularly, will also give you that next-level accountability towards your goals. It gives you the ability to really track your personal progress, by using measurable strength goals, versus scale-based goals. This way of tracking progress helps teach our members that over time, improving strength is more important (and more exciting!) than losing weight.

ULTI-ROM


Got Mobility? Instead of our usual high-intensity workouts, we slow it down and focus on joint mobility and stability. Your muscles can only reach their maximum potential, if your joints have the strength and proper range of motion (ROM) to support them.

During our ULTI-ROM class, we will choose movements that will:

Help decrease your chance of injury

Help improve your posture

Help relieve tension and stress

This class is also designed to help with decreasing those every day aches, pains and feelings of stiffness.

Shoes are optional, since ankle and foot mobility are important too. Grab your favorite pair of *grippy* socks and get loose with us, for this fun twist on our Group Personal Training class.

NINJA vs NINJA


Instead of our usual OC Fusion class, we take it to the next level by having participants race head to head in our Ninja Warrior-inspired obstacle course!

We will have a side by side, obstacle course setup, that will combine upper body, agility, balance obstacles and sometimes functional fitness movements, in a race against the clock and your classmates!

  • Head to Head Obstacle Course Racing
  • Team-Relay OC Racing

Because of the fast-paced nature of this class, it is *not recommended* for beginner-level or first-time sign-ups.

Push4Progress
Push4Prograss is all about personal growth; being better than YOU were yesterday. As part of this program, we test our members’ fitness levels every 6 weeks to keep them motivated, accountable, and excited about working toward new results!

Here’s what’s included in the 6-week Push4Progress:
1 6 WEEKS OF UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL ULTIFIT SESSIONS
2 UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL ADULT ONLY OPEN GYM TIMES
3 INITIAL AND FINAL FULL BODY FITNESS ASSESSMENT OR “PROGRESS TEST” TO TRACK RESULTS.
